Cibali Management Talks

As part of the Cibali Management Talks organized by the Department of Business Administration at Kadir Has University, we are pleased to host Dr. Ertuğrul Koç on Friday, March 7th, at 10:30 AM in room B401. Dr. Koç will deliver a talk titled “Mercedes-Benz’s Journey in Turkey”, sharing his career experiences with students.

Dr. Ertuğrul Koç holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Boğaziçi University, an MBA from Marmara University, and a PhD in Organization and Management from Bahçeşehir University. With 36 years of experience in training, Dr. Koç has been working at Mercedes-Benz for over 26 years, specializing in human resource development, sales and driving training, and dealership organization development. He also teaches Strategic Management and Leadership to an international MBA class at Bahçeşehir University.

Dr. Koç has delivered training and seminars at Boğaziçi University, Aydın University, and the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, focusing on topics such as organizational justice, learning organizations, and modern automotive technologies. He is also a certified Mercedes-Benz trainer with extensive sales and driving training expertise.
