Dr. Saida A. Yilmaz is a marketing expert with over 10 years of experience in tourism, cultural tourism, hospitality, and healthcare tourism, specializing in market research, business development, and customer management. She holds a PhD in Marketing and a Master’s in Tourism Management from Istanbul University. During her academic studies, she researched consumer perceptions, with publications covering ecotourism, brand personality, market entry strategies, and customer loyalty.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Yilmaz has gained significant professional experience, including organizing international conferences and establishing strategic business partnerships. Her work bridges the gap between theory and practice, delivering effective solutions in both the tourism and healthcare industries.
